- 30 grams of Serrano ham
- 1 pinch of salt

- We gather all the ingredients to make the broad beans with ham.
- In a frying pan with oil, fry the diced onion and the minced garlic.
- Drain the beans that come canned and add them to the garlic sauce. Add a pinch of salt (very little since the ham will salt the dish) and ground black pepper. In this dish we have used fried broad beans again, so it is not necessary to cook them too much.
