  1. 150 grams of onion
  2. 100 grams of red pepper
  3. 2 cloves of garlic
  4. 50 grams of Carrot
  5. 50 grams of olive oil
  6. 2 sliced ​​sausages
  7. 1 piece of Bacon
  8. 100 grams of Serrano ham
  9. 800 grams of cooked white beans
  10. 500 milliliters of water
  11. 1 bay leaf

How to make beans with chorizo ​​with Thermo mix:

  • We begin to prepare our white bean stew by placing the chopped onion in the glass together with the pepper, garlic, carrot and oil. Then program for 4 seconds at speed 4 to chop the vegetables.
  • Next, poach the vegetables for 8 minutes with the Thermo mix in Aroma mode and speed 1.
