Ingredients to make Beans in sauce:
- 600 grams of beans (green beans)
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- a medium onion
- a red bell pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- A tablespoon of plain flour
- Oil
- Water
- Salt
How to make Beans in Sauce:
- We clean the string beans, wash them and cook them with water and salt: better uncovered so they don’t lose their color.
- Besides we are doing the frying, with the medium-heated oil we put the filleted garlic and the onion in fine julienne, then the peppers in strips and let them cook over low heat so that they do not brown.
- When we see it ready, we put the flour and stir well until it is golden, we put the cooking water until we get a light béchamel sauce, at this point we incorporate the hard-boiled eggs, chopped to taste, and the stewed and chopped beans.
- We leave for 5 minutes and serve as a first course: it is very rich and fresh
