Bean Cream Recipe

Ingredients to make Cream of Beans:

  • 1 1/4 cup(s) beans
  • 1/2 carrot(s)
  • 1/2 red pepper(s1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1/2 branch(s) chopped celery
  • 125 gr prawns
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • to taste pepper
  • salt to taste

How to make Bean Cream:

  1. Soak the beans in plenty of water overnight.
  2.  Strain. Peel the carrots and cut into slices.
  3. Peel the pepper, remove the seeds and chop.
  4. Cook the beans with the vegetables covered in water for approximately 30 minutes or until the beans are soft.
  5. Blend and pass through a sieve.
  6. Clean the prawns and fry in olive oil. Serve the cream with prawns and a little oil.
