Ingredients to make cream of beans:
- 1 can of cooked beans
- 80 grams of leek
- 1 stick of celery
- 100 grams of carrot
- 170 grams of onion
- 200 grams of potato
- 1 glass of wine
- 3 glasses of water
- Oil
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- For the garnish:
- 1 chubby garlic clove
- 130 grams of shrimp
- a pinch of salt
- Parsley
- 80 grams of bacon
- 75 grams of green pepper
- Salt
- 1 handful of fresh mushrooms
How to make cream of beans:
- Chop and begin to fry the onion, carrot, celery stick and leek in a saucepan with a few tablespoons of oil.
- Add the potato cut into small cubes.
- Add a tablespoon of sweet paprika and half a glass of wine.
- Add the drained beans.
- Cover with water. Season with salt and pepper and cook the cream of beans with vegetables over medium-high heat until the potato is tender.
- Sauté the bacon in a frying pan with a splash of oil.
- Add the chopped green pepper and stir a bit.
- Add the mushrooms and the filleted garlic cloves.
- Add the chopped prawn bodies, chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
