Bean Chute Recipe

Ingredients to make Chute de Habeas:

  • 1/2 kilo of beans
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 6 cups of beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon of ground chili
  • 4 white potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of rice
  • 100 grams fresh cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • Evaporated milk.

How to make Chute de Habeas:

  1. In a pot and in very hot oil, fry the onion, add the tomato paste and stir for a few moments.
  2. Add the meat broth, the peeled beans, the diced potatoes and the rice.
  3. Let cook over moderate heat.
  4. Before serving, add the slightly beaten eggs, the chopped fresh cheese and a splash of evaporated milk.
  5. Serve very hot.
