Ingredients to make Chute de Habeas:
- 1/2 kilo of beans
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 6 cups of beef broth
- 1 tablespoon of ground chili
- 4 white potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of rice
- 100 grams fresh cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Evaporated milk.
How to make Chute de Habeas:
- In a pot and in very hot oil, fry the onion, add the tomato paste and stir for a few moments.
- Add the meat broth, the peeled beans, the diced potatoes and the rice.
- Let cook over moderate heat.
- Before serving, add the slightly beaten eggs, the chopped fresh cheese and a splash of evaporated milk.
- Serve very hot.
