  10. 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  11. 1 pinch of Liquid Smoke
  12. 1 pinch of salt
  13. 1 pinch of black pepper
  14. 1 glass of red wine

How to make BBQ Pork Ribs:

  • The first step to make the ribs in BBQ sauce recipe is to prepare the ingredients
  • The first thing we are going to do is marinate the ribs, which will be the same barbecue sauce. Then, in a bowl add the white onion, the beer and the garlic.
  • Ideally, a thick marinade should form as seen in the photograph. Add the tomato paste, soy sauce, mustard, honey and liquid smoke. Mix and untie all the ingredients well. Liquid smoke is sold in supermarkets and we use it to give our recipe a smoky touch.
  • In another bowl add the pork ribs with a little black pepper.
  • Add the bay leaf and thyme powder on top.
  • Add the marinade that we made in the previous steps.
  • Add the red wine and mix all the ingredients well. Let the pork ribs marinate for as long as you want, it can be for 30 minutes or 24 hours. You just have to keep in mind that the longer the marinade, the more flavor the meat will have.
  • Once the marinating time has elapsed, bring a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil. What we are going to do is seal our pork ribs to finish cooking in the oven. Seals on both sides.
  • Now we are going to make the barbecue sauce. To make it, we strain the sauce we use to marinate the ribs, pour it into a pot and put it over medium heat for 10 minutes to reduce. Then put out the fire.
  • Add the pork ribs once sealed to the refractory where we are going to finish cooking.
  • Bathe the ribs with the homemade barbecue sauce and finish cooking our recipe in the oven, bringing the pan to 200ºC for a maximum of 15-20 minutes.
