Ingredients to make BBQ Chicken Skewers:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle of barbecue sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 package of sticks for skewers or skewers
  • 1 package of cherry tomatoes

How to make BBQ Chicken Skewers:

Clean the chicken breast with water and lemon. Season with pepper and salt to taste and then cut the chicken into squares. Ideally, it should be in bite-size pieces that we can easily remove from the skewer. To marinate the chicken, place the meat in a bowl and add plenty of barbecue sauce. Cover the container with aluminum foil and store it in the fridge. Let the barbecue chicken marinate overnight.

If you want to do everything at home, you can take a look at the step-by-step barbecue sauce recipe. The next day we can assemble the skewers. To do this, use the skewers and skewer the pieces of barbecue chicken, alternated with halved cherry tomatoes. Too easy to be true!

Trick: Remember to moisten the sticks previously with water. That way when you roast them they won’t burn.

Preheat the grill or griddle where you will cook these delicious marinated chicken skewers and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side. Ready to taste! Impressed! Everyone likes easy chicken skewers and even more so if you accompany them with a little watercress Caesar salad. When you think of meetings, Sunday afternoons, snacks, keep this option in mind when tasting.
