  • 4 frankfurters

  • 5 pickled cucumbers
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 25cc of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar

How to make Bavarian Salad:

Place a layer of beetroot on the plate, on top of the sliced ​​potatoes, and on top again beetroot, on top of the diced sausages, previously sautéed for 2 minutes in a frying pan.
