Ingredients to make Bavarian Salad:
- 1 red beet sliced
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 4 frankfurters
- 150 grams of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 5 pickled cucumbers
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 1 pinch of salt
- 25cc of oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
How to make Bavarian Salad:
Place a layer of beetroot on the plate, on top of the sliced potatoes, and on top again beetroot, on top of the diced sausages, previously sautéed for 2 minutes in a frying pan.
Prepare the dressing by putting all the ingredients in a bowl, the pickle and the caper finely chopped, the mayonnaise and mix with the help of a rod and dress with oil, vinegar and salt.
