basque sea bream recipe

Ingredients to make Basque Sea Bream:

  • 1 kilo and a quarter sea bream
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • a piece of chili
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Parsley
  • salted
  • Some potatoes to accompany

How to make Basque Sea Bream:

  1. In a bowl, place the oil, the garlic properly cut into slices and the chili.
  2. Microwave the bowl at 100% power for 5 minutes.
  3. Then let it cool down, adding the vinegar when it’s lukewarm.
  4. This sauce will have to mix very well.
  5. The sea bream is salted, brushed with a little oil and placed in a long dish.
  6. Microwave for 5 minutes at 100% power.
  7. After resting for a couple of minutes, it is removed from the microwave, sprinkled with the already prepared sauce, and cooked for 5 more minutes at maximum power.
  8. This dish must be served hot, accompanied by some potatoes, previously cooked and sprinkled with a little parsley.
