Ingredients to make Basque Sea Bream:
- 1 kilo and a quarter sea bream
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves
- a piece of chili
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Parsley
- salted
- Some potatoes to accompany
How to make Basque Sea Bream:
- In a bowl, place the oil, the garlic properly cut into slices and the chili.
- Microwave the bowl at 100% power for 5 minutes.
- Then let it cool down, adding the vinegar when it’s lukewarm.
- This sauce will have to mix very well.
- The sea bream is salted, brushed with a little oil and placed in a long dish.
- Microwave for 5 minutes at 100% power.
- After resting for a couple of minutes, it is removed from the microwave, sprinkled with the already prepared sauce, and cooked for 5 more minutes at maximum power.
- This dish must be served hot, accompanied by some potatoes, previously cooked and sprinkled with a little parsley.
