Ingredients to make Banana water:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 4 cups of water (960 milliliters)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ¼ cup sugar (optional)
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

How to make Banana Water:

  1. Peel the bananas and blend them with the water. If you want the banana drink to be more liquid, you can add a little more water.
  2. Boil the cinnamon stick and sugarin half a cup of water for 5 minutes. Sugar is optional, so if you want the banana water to lose weight, do not add this ingredient or substitute it with a sweetener.
  3. Remove the branch and mix the infusion with the crushed banana. Taste the drink and add more water if you consider it or more sugar.
  4. Blend the banana water with the ice cubesfor a refreshing drink. And if you want it to be without pulp, you can always strain it before serving.
