How to make Spinach Apple Banana Smoothie:
- For the red smoothie, put the red fruits and a frozen banana in the blender. Add a very small amount of water (several tablespoons) and blend the fruit well until smooth and creamy. If the red fruits seem too acidic to you, add a little sweetener.
- For the yellow smoothie, combine the peeled and chopped apple and pear, a frozen banana and grated ginger in a blender. Add several tablespoons of water and blend well.
- For the green smoothie, blend the spinach, celery and a frozen banana with a little water until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the red smoothie into the glass, filling it up to a third of its capacity. Fill another third with the yellow smoothie and the last third with the green. Decorate with red fruits and serve the banana smoothie with apple and spinach.
