Banana Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Banana Salad:

  • 4 oranges
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 lemon
  • Mayonnaise or vinaigrette
  • 100 grams of chopped walnuts.

How to make Banana Salad:

Peel the oranges and cut them into thin slices. Do the same with the bananas, spraying them with lemon juice, so they don’t darken. Arrange some lettuce leaves in the salad bowl.

Place half of the bananas on top, then the oranges and finally the rest of the bananas. Dress it with mayonnaise or vinaigrette and cover it with the chopped nuts.

This salad is eaten as an appetizer and is very appetizing and refreshing, but if you prefer sweet things, you can serve it for dessert, replacing the mayonnaise with a few tablespoons of sugar and a glass of gin. Serve it very cold.
