Ingredients to make plantain masaco:
• 10 green bananas
• 1/4 Charcoal
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
How to make plantain masaco:
Peel and cut the bananas into small pieces. In a pan with hot oil, fry the banana. Separately, fry the charque and then grind it in the tacu and crumble it when the banana is well cooked, grind it together in the tacu until it is well mixed add salt to taste and a little hot oil. Serve hot (you can also replace the charque with cheese).
