Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients to make Banana Bread:

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1 glass of milk
  3. 1 small glass of oil
  4. 1 cup of sugar (200 grams)
  5. 1 cup stevia
  6. 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  7. 2 pieces of banana
  8. 2 glasses of whole meal flour
  9. 1 envelope of yeast for pastries

How to make Banana Bread

  • Crack the eggs into the bread maker’s bowl.
  • Trick: It is advisable to pierce the eggs to facilitate mixing.
  • Add a glass of milk at room temperature.
  • Add half a glass of sunflower or seed oil to the bucket.
  • Add a spoonful of vanilla syrup; this will give a point to the very rich banana flavor.
  • Add half a cup of stevia and one cup of brown sugar. If you like it sweeter, you can add more.
  • Cut bananas that is not overripe into slices. If you like to find bits in your bread, you can add the slices like this. If not, mash them with a fork before putting them in the bucket.
  • Put a packet of baking powder in the tray and close the bread maker. Program with the following settings: 700 grams of weight, medium toast, program 10 for cake. In total, it will bake for 1 hour and a half.
  • Trick: Try not to open the lid while it is rising, so it will raise more.
  • When baked, remove the pan to let the bread rest and cool. So you can remove it more easily.
  • Tip: Remove the blades carefully, as they can break the banana bread.
  • Your banana bread will be ready to accompany with whatever you want! If you want to keep it soft for several days, cut it into slices when it’s cold and store them in a bag.
