Ingredients to make Balearic Rice:
- 100 gr meat (remains of the roast)
- 2 cup(s) rice
- 200 g trout
- 200 gr clam(s)
- 100 g tomato(s)
- 100 gr peas
- 200g salmon
- 1 pepper(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- Saffron
- 2 garlic clove(s)
- Salt to taste
How to make Balearic Rice:
1.In a pot brown the chopped onion, then add the pepper cut into strips, the shelled peas and finally the chopped tomatoes. Sauté well, add the rice, cover with water and salt to taste. When the water starts to boil, add the chopped fish, the previously cleaned and shelled clams, the roast meat, the crushed garlic and the saffron. Bring to cooking and when the rice is ready, remove from the heat. Let cool a bit and then serve.
