Ingredients to make Baked Tuna Pudding:
- 2 cans of Tuna in water
- 2 units of red tomatoes
- ½ unit of white onion
- ½ unit of red paprika
- 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 4 units of Eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
How to make Baked Tuna Pudding:
- Prepare all the ingredients for the tuna pudding.
- Chop the vegetables (the tomato without skin) and blend with two eggs.
- Add the tuna cans, the two remaining eggs, salt and pepper. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Place the mixture in a refractory previously greased with butter and bake the pudding at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve the tuna pudding and cover with Parmesan cheese. Consume hot or cold.
