Baked tuna pudding recipe

Ingredients to make Baked Tuna Pudding:

  • 2 cans of Tuna in water
  • 2 units of red tomatoes
  • ½ unit of white onion
  • ½ unit of red paprika
  • 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 4 units of Eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Baked Tuna Pudding:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients for the tuna pudding.
  2. Chop the vegetables (the tomato without skin) and blend with two eggs.
  3. Add the tuna cans, the two remaining eggs, salt and pepper. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  4. Place the mixture in a refractory previously greased with butter and bake the pudding at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Serve the tuna pudding and cover with Parmesan cheese. Consume hot or cold.
