Baked trout recipe with vegetables

Trout belongs to the salmon family, which is why it is a blue fish, although the amount of fat it contains is very little, unlike other similar ones that are considered fattier. For these and other reasons, baked trout recipes are ideal to include in a diet menu.

Ingredients for Baked Trout with Vegetables:

  • ½ trout fillet
  • 50 grams of green zucchini
  • 50 grams of yellow zucchini
  • 50 grams of purple egg onion
  • 50 grams of bell pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of Oil
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Baked Trout with Vegetables:

  1. Prepare the ingredients to prepare this delicious recipe for baked trout with vegetables.
  2. Cut the yellow and green zucchini into slices of approximately 3 mm.
  3. We will cut the onion into feathers and the pepper in a size and shape similar to that of the zucchini.
  4. In a pan we will put 2 tablespoons of oil and add the onion and pepper over medium heat. Separately, preheat the oven to 180°C.
  5. Then we sauté the yellow and green zucchini and add a little salt and pepper. When the vegetables are golden brown, add the soy sauce to soften the baked trout vegetables even more.
  6. On a plate we will put 2 tablespoons of oil and on it the previously seasoned trout together with the already sautéed vegetable garnish. Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. Finally this will be the result, a delicious baked trout with vegetables perfect for lunch or dinner. As an extra garnish you can try some rice with turmeric or some baked potatoes with artichokes.
