- 2 units of Trout
- 2 units of potatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pinch of Paprika
- 1 pinch of fine herbs
- 30 milliliters of olive oil
- 1 unit of Lemon
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Baked Trout with Potatoes:
- Before making this healthy recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- In a pot with plenty of water, pre-cook the unpeeled potatoes cut into quarters, for 15 minutes.
- When the potatoes are ready, cut them into thick slices, and sprinkle a little paprika, salt and pepper, reserve.
- Remove the head and the bones of the trout, arrange the fillets on the potatoes, season with macerated garlic, a few drops of lemon, salt, pepper, a pinch of fine herbs and a little oil. Bake at 200ºC for 10 minutes.
