- 6 potatoes (medium)
- 2 carrots
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 eggs

How to make baked tenderloin (special for celebrations):
- Vinaigrette: chop 4 garlic cloves and parsley. Add salt, pepper, oil and vinegar reserve.
- Cut the potatoes into slices 2 cm thick, boil for 5 minutes and reserve.
- Cut the onion and tomatoes into quarters and the carrots into medium julienne strips. Boil the 4 eggs.
