Baked spider crab recipe

Ingredients to make Baked Crab:

  • 2 crabs of 800 gr
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 glass of brandy
  • 1/2 glass of tomato
  • Butter
  • Bread crumbs
  • Parsley
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Lettuce

How to make Baked Crab:

  1. Cook the crabs in boiling salted water.
  2. Scoop out the meat from the shell and legs. Sauté the vegetables and add the meat with the tomato and finally the brandy
  3. Flambé and fill the shells with this mixture.
  4. Then add breadcrumbs and butter on top and put it to gratin with parsley for 2 or 3 minutes.
  5. Place some lettuce leaves in a bowl and on them, the legs and the crab gratin.
  6. For 4 people.
