Ingredients to make Baked Crab:
- 2 crabs of 800 gr
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic
- 1 glass of brandy
- 1/2 glass of tomato
- Butter
- Bread crumbs
- Parsley
- Oil
- Salt
- Lettuce
How to make Baked Crab:
- Cook the crabs in boiling salted water.
- Scoop out the meat from the shell and legs. Sauté the vegetables and add the meat with the tomato and finally the brandy
- Flambé and fill the shells with this mixture.
- Then add breadcrumbs and butter on top and put it to gratin with parsley for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Place some lettuce leaves in a bowl and on them, the legs and the crab gratin.
- For 4 people.
