Baked Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients to make Baked Spaghetti:

  1. – 1 package of spaghetti or macaroni.
  2. – 3 tomatoes.
  3. – 7 strips of bacon.
  4. – 5 slices of ham.
  5. -Oaxaca cheese.
  6. – Parsley.
  7. – 1/4 cream.
  8. – Butter.

How to make Baked Spaghetti:

  • We put the pasta to cook, with garlic, onion, a little oil, herbs and salt. When the pasta starts to boil, we put the tomatoes to cook together with the pasta. For the tomato sauce: grind the tomatoes without water, only with garlic. We put a little butter in a frying pan, strain the tomato, pour it into the frying pan, fry it over low heat and cover it, it will take a while, until it is thick and has a good flavor, since it is fried, pour the cream, and we dissolve a cube of chicken consommé, in a little hot water, it is emptied into the pan of the tomato with the cream, to be a consistent cedilla, we let it cool.
  • We cut the bacon into small pieces, and brown it, also cut the ham into small pieces and brown it.
  • Then we grease our pan with butter, we put a layer of spaghetti, we spread the bacon, the ham, the parsley, the Oaxaca cheese and some pieces of butter and at the end we put the tomato sauce, then we put another layer of spaghetti and We do the same operation, we spread all the aforementioned ingredients and at the end the tomato soup.
  • We put it in the oven already preheated to about 200 degrees, when it starts to boil, we lower it to 150 degrees for about 20 minutes, making sure it doesn’t dry out too much and that’s it.
