- 1 medium sea bream
- 3 medium potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 lemon
- olive oil
How to make baked sea bream with potatoes:
- List all the ingredients
- Clean the fish very well, remove the scales and gills, make two lateral cuts on both sides and place some lemon slices. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, arrange as a bed in a baking dish.
- Place the fish on top, add a drizzle of olive oil and bake at 170ºC for 15 minutes.
- Serve and accompany with the potatoes.
