Baked sea bream with potatoes

Ingredients to make baked sea bream with potatoes:

  • 1 medium sea bream
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • olive oil

How to make baked sea bream with potatoes:

  1. List all the ingredients
  2. Clean the fish very well, remove the scales and gills, make two lateral cuts on both sides and place some lemon slices. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, arrange as a bed in a baking dish.
  4. Place the fish on top, add a drizzle of olive oil and bake at 170ºC for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve and accompany with the potatoes.
