Baked sea bass with vegetables

Ingredients for Baked Sea Bass with Vegetables:

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 2 good size sea bass
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 glass of white wine

How to make Baked Sea Bass with Vegetables:

  1. First of all, we are going to preheat the oven to 200º C. In a baking dish, add a drizzle of olive oil. Peel the potatoes, wash them and slice them into not very thick slices. Cover the bottom of the dish with the potato slices. Salt lightly and add another small drizzle of olive oil on top.
  2. Wash the zucchini well and dry it. Cut it into slices and put a layer of zucchini on top of the potatoes. We jumped slightly.
  3. Wash well and dry the peppers and slices. We put a layer of red and green peppers alternating colors on top of the potatoes and zucchini. Add a small splash of oil. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, with heat up and down at 200ºC.
  4. Trick: Without a doubt, we can put the vegetables that we like the most, or the one we have at home, this is just a preparation idea.
  5. The sea bass that we are going to use must be clean of entrails and scales, we will ask the usual fishmonger to fix it for us, in this way we will avoid this step at home. We season the interior of the sea bass, although we can also do it on the outside if we wish.
  6. Remove the dish with the vegetables from the oven and place the sea bass on top, just above the bed of vegetables. Bake at 200º C with heat up and down for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the sea bass.
  7. We will serve the dish of baked sea bass with vegetables quickly, right out of the oven, accompanying the sea bass with the vegetables. If they are large, we will put half of the sea bass for each diner. If they are small, we better put four in the source, one for each one.
