Ingredients to make baked salmon with vegetables and prawns

  • 3 pieces of frozen salmon in loins
  • ½ bag of frozen peeled prawns
  • 1 onion
  • 1 leek
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • Worcestershire willow (Perris)
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • Ground or leaf dill
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salted
  • Pepper

How to make Baked Salmon with vegetables and prawns:

  1. The first thing we have to do to prepare this salmon with vegetables and prawns is to prepare the vegetables: peel and cut the potatoes into half-centimeter slices. Then we wash and cut the tomatoes like the potatoes, and the onion and leek into julienne strips and slices respectively. Finally, we peel and cut the carrots into strips.
  2. Also, preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  3. In a frying pan with plenty of very hot oil, fry the potatoes until they start to brown a little. Then we take a suitable baking dish and place the fries in the bottom as a base.
  4. Next, we add a pinch of salt over the potatoes; place the sliced ​​tomatoes on top and season with salt and pepper. We put the source of salmon in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  5. In the same pan where we have fried the potatoes, we remove all the oil, leaving only a tablespoon and begin to sauté the onion, the leek and the cut carrots with a few drops of the Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Once the vegetables are well poached (they will finish cooking in the oven), we also place them on the tray with the baked salmon with the potatoes and tomatoes, reserving a few for last.
  7. Next, we add a pinch of salt and pepper to the salmon loins, place them in the dish and add the poached vegetables that we had reserved on top.
  8. Now we spread the frozen prawns between the vegetables and the salmon fillets, drizzle the white wine on top and sprinkle a little dill.
  9. We place the salmon dish with prawns and vegetables baked up and down (and fan) for approximately 25 minutes, but it all depends on the power of your oven and the size of the fish you have.
  10. And ready! Once everything has been cooked well, you can now enjoy your dish of baked salmon with vegetables and prawns.
