Baked salmon with potatoes

Ingredients for Baked Salmon with Potatoes:

  • 5 units of Salmon
  • 12 units of small potatoes
  • 4 fresh bay leaves
  • 1 pinch of fresh thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 units of purple onion
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Baked Salmon with Potatoes:

  1. To start making our baked salmon with potatoes recipe, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Take the salmon fillets to a refractory and add salt and pepper to taste to each of them. Also add the bay leaf and thyme on top, completely covering the fillets.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the potatoes cut into small hulls, the whole garlic cloves and the hulled red onion. The important thing is that all these ingredients are on top of the salmon fillets so that the fish can soak up all the aromas and flavors while cooking in the oven.
  4. Bake the salmon with potatoes for approximately 20 minutes at medium heat. Cover the preparation with a little aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out.
  5. Take each of the salmon fillets with potatoes to a pan and cook for 5 minutes, so that it takes on a golden color. Remove from the fire.
  6. Serve baked salmon fillets with potatoes accompanied by a few slices of lemon to taste and sprinkled dried thyme on top of the preparation.
