Baked salmon with orange recipe

Ingredients to make Baked Salmon with Orange:

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 piece of orange
  • 1 piece of lemon
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ piece of onion

How to make Baked Salmon with Orange:

  1. Cutting three slices of orange that we will reserve to decorate the baked salmon with orange and honey, as well as chopping the garlic and onion are the first steps in this recipe.
  2. Mix the orange and lemon juice together with the onion, garlic, mustard, honey and salt.
  3. Marinate the salmon in this mixture for 10-15 minutes. Once the time has elapsed, transfer the fillet to a baking sheet.
  4. Place a few sprigs of rosemary on top of the fish and decorate with the fruit slices. Put the salmon in the oven with orange and lemon juice, previously preheated to 200ºC, for 15 minutes. Remember that the cooking time will depend on the brand and power of your oven.
  5. Trick: I put a disc of waxed paper underneath to prevent the orange salmon from sticking to the tray.
