Ingredients to make Baked Salmon with Fennel and Tomato:

  • 250 grams of Salmon
  • 1 unit of tomato
  • 80 grams of red onion
  • 1 pinch of Fennel
  • 1 unit of Lemon
  • 1 branch of Thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Baked Salmon with Fennel and Tomato:

  1. Before making the baked salmon, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a refractory pan add half of the onion cut into feathers, half of the tomato cut into small squares without seeds, a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
