Ingredients to make baked salmon with cream and mushrooms:

  • 1 fresh salmon fillet
  • 150 grams of Mushrooms
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 200 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil

How to make baked salmon with cream and mushrooms:

  1. We prepare the ingredients for this tasty baked salmon. I have used only one fish fillet for two people because the fillet was quite large and because it is a high-calorie recipe, so it is better to reduce the portions…
  2. We started preparing this recipe for salmon with cream. First of all we make a fried onion and mushrooms: in a pan with hot oil we pour the onion cut into julienne strips and the mushrooms, previously well washed and cut into slices.
