- 2 slices of fresh salmon
- 1 carrot
- 1 leek
- 1 Italian green pepper
- ½ red bell pepper
- 1 pinch of salt

How to make Salmon en papillote in the oven:
- We preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash and cut the carrot, leek, green pepper and red pepper into thin strips.
- Heat a pan with the oil and sauté the salmon vegetables papillote
