  • 1 romanescu of about 1200 g
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 squirts of olive oil
  • 1 large garlic clove

Put the romanescu on a tray lined with baking paper and add a little salt all over the surface, both on the top and on the bottom. Next, sprinkle with a splash of oil.
