Baked Rice with Parmesan Cheese Recipe

  • 300 grams of cooked white rice
  • 50 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 25 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 25 grams of breadcrumb
  • 90 milliliters of milk cream
  • 1 tablespoon diced bell pepper

  1. To start preparing this recipe for baked rice with Parmesan cheese, the first step to do is to prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl we put the cooked white rice, half of the mozzarella cheese, the pepper, the milk cream, the salt and the pepper.
  3. Mix the previous ingredients very well and put the mixture of the rice with cheese recipe on a previously floured mold.
  4. Sprinkle the other half of the mozzarella cheese, the Parmesan cheese and the bread crumbs on top. Bake the rice with grated cheese in the upper part of the oven for approximately 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
