Baked rice with chicken recipe

Ingredients to make Baked Rice with Chicken:

  • 1 kilogram of rice
  • 4 units of chicken thighs
  • 1 liter of chicken broth
  • 50 grams of flat beans
  • 1 unit of red pepper
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch of Coloring
  • 1 jet of Oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Baked Rice with Chicken:

  1. We prepare all the ingredients that we are going to need on the table to prepare this recipe for rice with chicken.
  2. Add oil to a frying pan and when it is hot, fry the thighs without turning brown. We will put the oven to preheat to 200ºC.
  3. Chop the garlic, onion and pepper and fry it together with the chicken for two minutes
  4. Chop the beans and also add them to the sauce.
  5. Finally we will add the rice with the paprika and the food coloring to the sauce, stir and continue cooking the chicken paella.
  6. When everything is well done, put it in a bowl and add the chicken broth.
  7. We will put the fountain in the oven for approximately 20-25 minutes, which will be when the broth is consumed.
  8. After time and when we see the broth has been completely consumed, we will take out the rice with chicken and it will be ready to eat.
  9. It can be done with previously boneless chicken that would be ideal for children.
