Baked rice recipe with ribs

How to make Baked Rice with Ribs:

  1. First, all the meat is fried separately in a frying pan together with the head of garlic and left separately on a plate.
  2. In another frying pan, fry the potato until it is ready and also leave it aside.
  3. The blood sausage is also fried without letting it break.
  4. In the frying pan where all the meat has been fried, so that the baked rice with ribs and black pudding takes on all the flavor, put the saffron.
  5.  Next, add the grated tomato and let the tomato water evaporate, then add the paprika, stirring constantly so that it does not burn.
