Ingredients to make baked rice in a clay pot:
- Pork ribs

- Each cup of rice, half of chickpeas

- (A breakfast cup of rice for 3 people)
How to make Baked Rice in a clay pot:
- The chickpeas are soaked the day before. The ribs and blood sausage are fried.
- The potatoes (cut into not very thin slices) are fried, well toasted.
