Ingredients to make Baked Pumpkin with Rosemary:
- 500 grams of pumpkin
- ½ bunch of rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 splash of olive oil
How to make Roasted Butternut Squash with Rosemary:
Cut the pumpkin into large segments and separate the rosemary into small sprigs.
Make several holes in the pumpkin segments with a wooden toothpick so that the toothpick goes through the pumpkin flesh from one side to the other. Insert the sprigs of rosemary into each whole, brush each piece with oil and salt and pepper.
