Baked prawns recipe with white wine

Ingredients to make Baked King Prawns with white wine:

  • 1 kilogram of raw prawns
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 splash of white wine
  • 1 splash of lemon juice

How to make Baked King Prawns with white wine:

  1. To prepare these baked prawns, place the prawns in a trayor dish suitable for the oven (without piling excessively). Squeeze the lemon and drizzle over the prawns.
  2. We put a thread of extra virgin olive oil and a splash of white wine. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
  3. Tip: You can change the white wine for brandy, a dry wine such as chamomile or cava, for example.
  4. Place in the preheated ovenat 200ºC and cook for 10 minutes. Ready to serve!
  5. Tip: Do not leave the prawns in the oven for too long because they will remain dry and it will be difficult to peel them.
  6. As you can see, these baked prawns with white wineare delicious and, best of all, a very quick starter.
  7. It is ideal to serve before a main dish, such as pork tenderloin in Stroganoff sauce or stuffed pork loin.
