Ingredients to make Baked Prawns:

  • Recipe for 1 person
  • 3 unit prawns
  • 20 gr parsley
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 30ml sunflower oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 How to make Baked Prawns:

  1. Before making the baked prawns and chimichurri, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. For the chimichurri, finely chop the garlic and mix the parsley, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the sunflower oil, the vinegar and mix very well, if the parsley absorbs a lot of oil you can add a little more.
  4. Arrange the prawns in a refractory with a drizzle of oil, season with salt and pepper and bake at 200 degrees C for 5 minutes until golden.
  5. Once they come out of the oven, cover the prawns with the chimichurri, enjoy, this is a dish that can be eaten as an appetizer for any type of lunch or dinner.
