Baked oysters recipe

Ingredients to make baked oysters:

  • 12 oysters
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons of butter
  • 1 cup of crumbled bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • pepper to taste

 How to make Oysters in the oven:

  1. Open the oysters, separate from the shells, reserving them, and cook in their juices and a little water, if necessary, for 3 or 4 minutes.
  2. Remove from the water and chop.
  3. Blend the tomatoes and fry in the hot oil.
  4. Add the oysters, parsley, salt and pepper and stir, cook a few more minutes.
  5. Grease the shells with butter and fill them with the previous preparation
  6. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and put in the oven, with the broiler on, until golden brown.
