Ingredients to make Baked Oysters:
- 36 oysters (1800 gr. of meat)
- 200 gr. spring onion
- 100 ml. lemon juice
- 100 ml. of white wine
- 50 gr. of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Baked Oysters:
- Open the oysters and place the part with the meat in a bowl.
- In a frying pan, put the butter and anchor the chives.
- When they are soft, add the lemon juice and the white wine, reduce by a third, and season.
- Spread this bottom over the oysters and put in a strong oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
