Baked oysters recipe

Ingredients to make Baked Oysters:

  • 36 oysters (1800 gr. of meat)
  • 200 gr. spring onion
  • 100 ml. lemon juice
  • 100 ml. of white wine
  • 50 gr. of butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Baked Oysters:

  1. Open the oysters and place the part with the meat in a bowl.
  2. In a frying pan, put the butter and anchor the chives.
  3. When they are soft, add the lemon juice and the white wine, reduce by a third, and season.
  4. Spread this bottom over the oysters and put in a strong oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
