  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 units of fresh tomatoes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of dill
  • Oil

How to make Baked Mushrooms with Tomato:

1 The first thing you should know to get down to work with this recipe for baked mushrooms is that the quantities are approximate. So you can add more mushrooms if you wish, garlic cloves or tomatoes.

2 Clean the mushrooms well and cut the stem. Dry them with a clean cloth and let them air for a few seconds. Separately, line a baking tray with parchment paper and bathe the bottom with oil.

3 Place the heads of the mushrooms upside down and the stems cut lengthwise on the tray. Peel the garlic cloves, cut them into slices and distribute them throughout the tray.

4 Paint each of the mushrooms with foil and bake them in a very hot oven. When 10 minutes have passed, remove the tray and add the chopped tomatoes, season with salt, oil and dill to taste and bake for a further 15 minutes, or until the mushrooms turn brown and look wrinkled.
