How to make Baked Marinated Salmon:

  1. Prepare the marinade for the baked salmon first because it needs a maturing time. To do this, place all the ingredients in a bowl and grind them at maximum power.
  2. Tip: You can add other ingredients if you like, such as peeled garlic, lemon juice or other aromatic herbs.
  3. Then let them rest for 1 hour in the fridge/fridge and then strain them through a Chinese strainer or cheesecloth.
  4. While the marinade matures, prepare the salmon loins. If you have bought it fresh, you must scale it, clean it well and cut it into loins and, in the case of having it frozen, you must defrost it beforehand. Reserve them in the fridge.
  5. Trick: You can also use salmon tails, cubes or slices to marinate it and bake it, any cut will do.
  6. After the hour of maturation, place the salmon loins in the marinade container or in an airtight bag if you prefer, all together well sealed, and let the fish marinate for 1 hour, reserving it in the fridge.
  7. Once the salmon is marinated, drain it well, dry it a little with absorbent paper and place it in a container filled with sunflower oil . booking.
  8. Trick: It is better to use a mild-flavored oil to preserve the salmon and not give it any extra flavor or smell other than that of the marinade.
  9. Preheat the oven to 150ºC. Take a suitable tray or dish and place a piece of parchment/parchment paper on the base.
  10. Drain the marinated salmon fillets very well and place them on top of the tray so that they do not touch each other.
  11. Cook the marinated baked salmon for approximately 15 minutes or until you see that it acquires a pink hue and begins to brown on top. Be careful not to spend the cooking time because then it can be dry.
  12. Trick: If you like it, you can put some not very thin slices of lemon on top of the fish so that they release their juices while baking and add much more flavor to the dish.
  13. When it is done, serve the marinated salmon in the oven accompanied by a good celery and apple salad
