We are going to prepare a marinade for baked salmon that is perfect for this or any other type of fish, since it provides a very special flavor and smell, although you can always add other ingredients that you like.
Actually, this recipe for marinated baked salmon takes some time to prepare for the marinade to mature and then rest the fish, but really, it is very simple! There is nothing complicated to do, so go ahead and prepare this healthy, nutritious and low-calorie dish whenever you want.
Ingredients to make Baked Marinated Salmon:
- 1 kilogram of salmon fillets (fresh or frozen)
- For the marinade:
- 100 milliliters of apple or cider vinegar
- 50 milliliters of chardonnay vinegar (or white wine)
- ½ pound of mineral water
- 1 pinch of fennel seed
- 1 handful of parsley sprigs including stems
- 1 piece of orange peel
- 1 bay leaf
- sunflower oil
How to make Baked Marinated Salmon:
- Prepare the marinade for the baked salmon first because it needs a maturing time. To do this, place all the ingredients in a bowl and grind them at maximum power.
- Tip: You can add other ingredients if you like, such as peeled garlic, lemon juice or other aromatic herbs.
- Then let them rest for 1 hour in the fridge/fridge and then strain them through a Chinese strainer or cheesecloth.
- While the marinade matures, prepare the salmon loins. If you have bought it fresh, you must scale it, clean it well and cut it into loins and, in the case of having it frozen, you must defrost it beforehand. Reserve them in the fridge.

- Trick: It is better to use a mild-flavored oil to preserve the salmon and not give it any extra flavor or smell other than that of the marinade.
- Preheat the oven to 150ºC. Take a suitable tray or dish and place a piece of parchment/parchment paper on the base.
