  • 1 pinch of Oregano and Thyme
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon of Paprika

How to make Marinated Baked Dorada:

  1. The first step to make our baked fish will be to prepare the marinade . Then, in the mortar we crush the garlic with the pepper, the oregano, the thyme and a pinch of salt to taste.
  2. We also add the lemon juice, cinnamon, paprika, and a small glass of water and a splash of oil. We move it until we have achieved a compact mass.
  3. Once you have the scaly and clean giltheads, remove the head, cut it a few times and place it on a tray. Spread the fish with the marinade until they are completely covered. Then, cover everything well and leave it marinating in the fridge overnight. In this way we ensure that our baked marinated sea bream have a lot of flavor.
