Baked Macaroni with Chorizo ​​Recipe

  1. 300 grams of macaroni
  2. 150 milliliters of homemade tomato sauce
  3. 4 units of Chorizo
  4. 100 milliliters of béchamel sauce
  5. 4 teaspoons of Parmesan cheese
  6. 4 teaspoons of mozzarella cheese

How to make Baked Chorizo ​​Macaroni:

  • The first step to make the macaroni with chorizo ​​recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
  • Bring a deep pot with enough water to the fire. When it is boiling adds the pasta and cooks it until it is al dente or at the desired cooking point. Remove from heat.
  • Take half of the macaroni to a large or individual refractory, as you prefer. Remember that we will make pasta in the oven, so it is important that the mold you use is suitable for the oven.
  • Separately, prepare the chorizo ​​​​sauce by cutting the Creole chorizo ​​​​into squares. Then, add a little sunflower oil in a pan and, once hot, add the chorizo ​​​​to fry it for a few minutes.
  • Add the tomato sauce when the chorizo ​​​​is golden and leave the preparation to preserve for a few minutes. Put out the fire.
