Baked Macaroni with Béchamel Recipe

  1. 1 kilogram of Macaroni Pasta
  2. 1 liter of Napoli sauce
  3. 500 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
  4. 250 grams of grated white cheese
  5. 150 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  6. 300 milliliters of béchamel sauce
  7. 1 can of sweet corn

How to make Baked Macaroni with béchamel:

  • The pasta is cooked in the traditional way with boiling water and a pinch of salt. For this preparation of baked macaroni, we will let the pasta give a little less than al dente. Drain and reserve.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, we will transfer it to a special oven mold or a refractory pan. Place the paste until it fills the entire surface of the mold.
