Baked Ham with Pepper Recipe

Ingredients to make Baked Ham with Pepper:

How to make Baked Ham with Pepper:

  • The first thing we will do before preparing the baked ham with pepper, will be preparing the meat juice. To do this, bring water to a boil with the onion, bay leaf, pepper, rosemary, meat cube and cayenne pepper. Let everything cook as if it were a soup but letting it reduce a lot so that the flavor is very strong. Booking.
  • Separately, crush the garlic in a mortar together with the butter. Once the meat is very clean, spread the whole piece with the mashed butter and let the meat marinate overnight in the fridge. They must spend at least 12 hours but if it is a whole day much better.

  • When the oven-baked ham with pepper is ready, you can cut it into thin slices and serve it for Christmas dinner accompanied with potatoes a la pore, steamed vegetables or a potato and olive salad.
