How to make baked hake medallions with potatoes:
- Hake medallions (which can be frozen) and potatoes are the basic ingredients of this baked hake with potatoes recipe. We add onion and green pepper, as well as some spices to enhance the flavor of the dish.
- We will start by preparing the baked potatoes. To do this, we wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Grease a pan suitable for the oven with a little oil and place the potato in it, which we will then season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Tip: Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- On the potatoes we will place a layer of onion, cut in Juliana, and then the green pepper cut into slices.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it in the oven, preheated to 180ºC, for about 30 minutes.
- After these 30 minutes, we take the dish out of the oven, remove the aluminum foil and arrange the hake medallions on the potatoes and vegetables, watered with a little oil. The pan – now uncovered – will return to the oven for 10 minutes, enough time for the fish to cook.
- The baked fish with baked potatoes is ready, you just have to serve it on a plate and sprinkle it with a little black pepper and parsley.
