Ingredients to make Baked Grouper with Lemon and Thyme:
- 4 grouper fillets
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 glass of black sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Thyme
- 1 teaspoon of Ginger
- 2 units of Lemons
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make Baked Grouper with Lemon and Thyme:
- The first step to make the grouper recipe is to list all the ingredients. If you don’t have grouper, you can use any other white or blue fish.
- Take the fish fillets to a bowl or bowl; add the black sauce and the juice of the lemons.
- Separately, in a small bowl add the white wine, ginger, garlic paste, thyme, olive oil and black pepper. Mix the ingredients very well until they are integrated.
- Tip: If you consider that the marinade is acidic, add a pinch of sugar.
- Bathe the grouper fillets with the mixture of the ingredients from the previous step, and leave to marinate for approximately 30 minutes in the fridge or refrigerator so that the flavors penetrate the fish.
- Once the marinating time has elapsed, take the fish to a refractory as shown in the photograph, adding the excess liquid. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and bake the grouper for approximately 45 minutes.
- Serve the grouper fillets baked with lemon and thyme, bathing them with the remaining cooking sauce.
