Ingredients to make Baked Grouper with White Wine and Onion:
- 1 grouper of 1.2 kg.
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 2 glasses of white wine.
- 100 g of French onions.
- 1 clove garlic.
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley.
- 1 bay leaf
- fresh ground pepper

How to make Baked Grouper with White Wine and Onion:
- We wash the grouper without removing the scales.
- We clean the gills and remove all the entrails, leaving the belly of the fish clean so that we can add the garlic, parsley, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
- Place the fish in a greased baking dish with 1 tablespoon of oil, the whole peeled onions and season with the rest of the oil.
- Halfway through cooking we add 2 glasses of white wine.
- Roast in the oven at 180 °C for approximately 40 minutes or until we see that the fish is cooked.
- At the moment we take the roast dish out of the oven, we also take the fish out of the dish and add the chopped parsley to the juices that remain in the oven dish.
- We remove the skin from the grouper before serving it.
- We accompany with the roasted onions and with the white wine sauce with parsley.
