Baked Ground Beef Recipe

Ingredients to make Baked Ground Beef:

  1. ½ kilogram of ground beef
  2. 1½ cups of Broth
  3. 1½ tablespoons tomato sauce
  4. 1½ tablespoons flour
  5. 1 Meat stock cube
  6. 6 eggs
  7. 2 tablespoons of Butter
  8. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  9. 1 onion
  10. 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
  11. Grated cheese
  12. 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  13. 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Baked Ground Beef:

  • The first step in making this ground beef dish will be to make an onion stir-fry. So, in a frying pan, melt two tablespoons of margarine and fry the finely chopped onions until golden
  • Next, add the ground beef, dust it with flour, and mix well. Add the hot broth, prepared with the meat concentrate, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well, and without stopping stirring, cook this meat preparation for about 5 minutes together with the tomato sauce. Withdraw and reserve. Separately, cook the eggs for about 3 minutes in boiling salted water.
  • To assemble this ground meat pie you can use a large mold or individual molds. To do this, place a layer of meat, a boiled egg and cover it with another layer of meat.
  • Take to the oven, previously heated, for about 2 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with chopped parsley, grated cheese and tomato sauce. Serve immediately.
